This group is designed to incorporate training for individuals 18 years of age and older for both recreation and higher level competitiveness in Masters swimming and also to improve strokes, speed and endurance for the swimming portion of triathlons. It does not include any discipline other than swim specific training. Last year, members of this group went on to compete at the BC Masters Provincial championships, as well as various triathlon and Ironman races throughout the season.

The Canadian Dolphin Swim Club is pleased to offer training between September and June out of Hillcrest Pool at 4575 Clancy Loranger Way, Vancouver.
What:
This group offers varying lane training that is geared towards keeping swimmers moving as well as offering swim instruction at the same time. We will work with the lanes to the best of our ability, in order to provide the most appropriate training for people of varying abilities.
