Welcome to our new season! Registration is open for returning swimmers. Registration for new swimmers will start on August 12th.  Please read all the information below!

Please note: This is not a "learn to swim" program and our members should be able to swim, at a minimum, 6 X 100m (Long Course) @ 2:40 and 10 X 50m @ 1:20.

No practices on Statutory Holidays or pool shutdowns.

Fees will not be prorated for scheduled/posted breaks, cancellations, or pool shutdowns.

Last practice of the season: Thursday, June 26, 2025.

FEES:

$148 + GST/month (total: $155.40)

Monthly fees are non-refundable and cannot be prorated except for documented medical reasons. There will be no pro-rata adjustments for partial months, such as during Christmas/New Year's break, Spring Break, or for statutory holidays or pool closures (TBA).

Any declined credit card charges will have a $25 service charge added. If payment for the month is not received by the 15th of the month, or in the case of Swim BC/SNC fees, within 15 days of billing, your registration will be cancelled, and your space allotted to waitlisted swimmers, if any.

SWIM BC/SNC MEMBERSHIP:

All members of our Masters group must have a current valid membership with Swim BC/Swimming Canada.  

All existing members must renew their memberships in September of each year and memberships are valid through August of the following year. The Swim BC/SNC Masters registration fee is $64.25. We will charge your credit card for the Swim BC/SNC fee when you register online with our program, and we will register you with Swim BC/SNC.

Swim BC/SNC fees are non-refundable.

WITHDRAWAL:

Your credit card will continue to be charged monthly for the training fees with the last payment on June 1, 2025.

If you wish to withdraw from the club prior to June 2025, you must give written notice by email to treasurer2425@canadiandolphin.ca before the beginning of the previous month; for example, if you wish to withdraw from the club from the month of February onwards, notice of the withdrawal must be received in writing as above by the club no later than December 31st. 

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS:

Our electronic registration and payment process is simple for both new and returning members. You will get access to your own private account that will enable you to manage your credit card information and maintain your own contact information, and more.

For returning swimmers, please click on "Register Here" below and log in as a returning swimmer using the email address and password previously used. Please review and update the information in your account. If you do not know the email address, please email treasurer@canadiandolphin.ca and ask.

Training fees will be charged monthly, on the first day of each month, starting on September 1st or the first day of the month following registration, as applicable. The Swim BC/SNC fee ($64.25) will be charged to your credit card when you register online with our program. 

Please note that you will be required to provide credit card information in order to complete your online registration. 

Photograph: To help our coaches to get to know you, we also ask that you upload a "head and shoulders" type of photograph of yourself to your online account.
