  1. Our best time percentage is exceptionally high, hovering around 75%! This proves that our team is improving and getting better!

As we reflect on the successes of the CDSC crew, our success would be without our super chaperones Sandra & Peter Heusel for helping our team travel crew! Their work was exceptional!

Looking forward to Summer Provincials, we look to improve our individual and relay rankings, and we hope more swimmers would not only make more swims, but ultimately more second swims. This means that our morning swims should be very competitive within the province in their respective age groups.

Most of our swimmers have moved up to the lower age band of the age groups and we hope that their development will bring them to be the top swimmers in the BC Championships age groups.

Our 11-12 yrs swimmers number at Provincials has also improved from 1 swimmer last year to 3 this Winter and we hope to have even more in the summer! This is an important step as we rebuild our grassroots to help in the long term.

Our next meet is the Canadian Open for some National Group swimmers and Olympian LC April Swim Meet .

Good job to all and we look forward to fast swimming in BC Summer Provincials!
